Automate was developed using Industry standard Structured Query Language (SQL) technology which is designed to minimize data loss and preserve data integrity. In addition our engineers can tailor computer systems that will ensure maximum uptime and reliability, while remaining within your budget.

The basic system is packaged with the Microsoft’s royalty free SQL Express. For larger installations we recommend the purchase of MS/SQL Server 2008. SQL ensure data integrity and provides a robust platform with transaction rollback support. Since SQL is an open database standard Automate allows the extraction of data directly into popular software applications such as Excel, Word and Access.

Recording accurate inventory records, requiring supervisor authorization for certain activities, maintaining detailed journals and audit trails does this.

You can traced back to any transactions or authorization granted to the person who did it. Automate is password protected and some functions are restricted depending on the assigned role granted to the user. Roles are user defined and allow you to determine the functions different user will have access to.
